By using Telaria services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services
Telaria provides telecommunications, VoIP, and internet services on an as-available basis. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our services.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, including spam, harassment, or network attacks. Violations may result in suspension.
6. Network Management
We may manage our network to ensure stability and security, including blocking harmful traffic or prioritizing essential services.
7. Billing & Taxes
All fees are due as stated on invoices. Late or unpaid bills may result in suspension. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.
8. Numbers & E911
Telephone numbers assigned to you remain property of Telaria. E911 services are provided but may be limited by your equipment, internet connection, or location.
9. Equipment
You are responsible for any equipment you provide. Telaria is not liable for malfunctioning or incompatible equipment not supplied by us.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for violations, nonpayment, or security risks. You may cancel service with notice per your plan terms.
11. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
Telaria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid for service during the past 3 months.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telaria from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Michigan law. You waive the right to class actions.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
