This policy explains how Telaria LLC (“Telaria,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, portals, applications, and telecommunications services (the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as name, contact details, billing data, and account credentials. We also collect technical and service information such as IP address, device identifiers, call detail records, and usage logs generated by our systems.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to deliver and maintain the Services, process payments, provide customer support, ensure network security and integrity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you about your account or updates.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, with communications carriers and partners to route traffic, and with regulators or law enforcement where required by law.

3a. SMS/MMS Privacy

Data Processed For Messaging

If you opt in to Telaria SMS or MMS programs, we process certain data to deliver and manage messages in addition to what is described elsewhere in this policy.

  • Identifiers and Consent Records. Mobile number, opt-in method (for example, portal checkbox or keywords such as JOIN/START/SUBSCRIBE), timestamp, source line or code, and opt-out events (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT), plus HELP requests.
  • Message and Delivery Metadata. Direction (send or receive), message type (SMS or MMS), routing information, carrier, device information provided by your carrier, delivery receipts, error codes, and frequency counts.
  • Message Content. The text you send or receive and, for MMS, attached media.

How We Use and Share Messaging Data

  • Use. Deliver messages, provide account alerts and verifications, enforce opt-in and opt-out preferences, prevent spam and abuse, comply with carrier and regulatory requirements, and improve messaging reliability.
  • Sharing. We share necessary messaging data with mobile carriers, messaging aggregators, number registries and verification providers (for example, 10DLC or toll-free verification), and other vendors that help transmit and filter messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention For Messaging

  • Content. Retained for a limited period necessary to deliver the message and for troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized unless required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
  • Metadata and Consent Logs. Retained as needed to demonstrate compliance with opt-in and opt-out requirements and to operate the program.

Your Choices For Messaging

  • Opt-Out. Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may also text END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. A one-time confirmation will be sent.
  • Help. Text HELP or contact support@telaria.us
  • Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your settings and usage.

Messaging programs are not for emergency use. Call 911 for emergencies. See our SMS/MMS Terms for additional details.
